Spa Reservations

For Spa enquiries or reservations, please contact the spa reception directly by phone at 250-597-0668 or email at info@cowichanbayspa.com. Advanced bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred time.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your treatment to complete our guest intake form and to take time to relax in our tranquil surroundings with some herbal tea, water and a light snack.

Cancellations

Appointment times are valuable. If you need to cancel, please give 24 hours notice on all treatments and services. If notice is not given, 50% of your treatment cost may be charged to your account. For no-shows, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Consultation

We invite you to our spa for a private consultation to determine your needs and allow us to design your treatment experience. Your personalized package will be tailor made with suitable treatments, techniques and products. Alternatively, one of our specially designed journeys can be selected from our treatment offerings menu.

Preparation

We recommend that you leave all jewelry at home before coming to the spa. The spa will not be held responsible for valuables lost or stolen within the spa. Lockers are provided or you can bring any valuables with you into your treatment room.

Aftercare

We recommend that you do not sun bathe after body treatments, facials and depilatory services for a minimum of 6 hours. We also recommend that you do not go in a sauna or hot tub after any manicure or pedicure treatment, as this will affect how your polish sets and may cause lifting or chipping.

We suggest you drink plenty of water after receiving a massage or body treatment and practice general self care for your well-being.

Children

To be able to ensure a spa ambience of well being and quiet, please refrain from bringing children to the spa if possible. All children coming to the spa must be accompanied by a parent at all times and not cause interference for other spa guests.

Cell Phones

You are encouraged to ‘unplug’ while at the spa. Cell phones are allowed in the reception waiting area, as long as your phone is on silent. For the comfort of all spa guests, cell phones are not permitted in any treatment area. They must be left in your locker either turned off or on silent, or outside of the spa premises.

Payment

All treatments are payable by cash, credit card, debit or gift certificate. Gratuities are not included in treatment costs and are given at the spa guest’s discretion.
